Toni & Guy is a global hairdressing and training business founded in London, England, in 1963 by brothers Giuseppe (Toni) and Gaetano (Guy) Mascolo. They were later joined by younger brothers Bruno and Anthony Mascolo.
There are more than 400 salons in the organization, and it has won 55 British Hairdressing Awards in 13 categories including British Hairdresser of the Year three times, Best British Artistic Team a record eleven times, Newcomer and Southern Hairdresser seven times each, London Hairdresser six times, Men's and Wales & South West Hairdresser five times each.
Toni Mascolo's daughter Sacha won the title Newcomer of the Year at 19 years of age in 1991, the youngest person even to win this award and went on to win London Hairdresser of the Year 1999 as well as being nominated twice for British Hairdresser of the Year. Sacha is Global Creative Director and her husband James Tarbuck is Global Brand Director.

Everyone has an impact!
A typical day at work for us is busy with heavy phones and a variety of colorful clients. We are an academy that works as a full service salon, so it stays busy 5 days a week.
My co-workers are awesome people! The best part of the job is being awarded in accolades There is always some reason to reward. This is why I'm loving what I do. The most enjoyable part of the job is watching the student grow into the stylists they were born to be!!!
Toni & Guy is an education based salon that tries to advance their employees. They have some benefits, I learned a lot from them about fashion as well as hair.Toni & Guy create a perfect enviornment for staff to devleop and enhance their hairstyling skills.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience as a fully qualified Hairdresser. We provde all staff with a mentor and monthly training course to bring them up to speed with how we do things.
You must be availabel to work 5 days a week. However we are flexiable with fitting your work hours around your outside life. We want friendly, enthuastic faces with great customer service, teamwork and organisational skills. If you match our criteria, we would love to hear from you!
